Destemming. Crushing. Skin maceration for 4 hours. Settling after 48h stalling. Fermentation at low temperature for 3 to 4 weeks. Aging for 2 months on fine lees.

Tasting Note: This is a fresh and fruity rosé with aromas of strawberry, grapefruit and peach. The palate is round, balanced and delicious.

Pairings: It can accompany all your summer meals (white meat, cold cuts, mixed salads, melon, Asian cuisine, grilled meats, etc.) but also your pizza evenings.

Service : 8 ° -10 ° C
