Destemming. Crushing. Skin maceration for 6 hours. Settling after 48h stalling. Fermentation at low temperature for 3 to 4 weeks. Aging for 2 months on fine lees.

Tasting note: A nose of white peach and pineapple. A fresh mouth with flavors of flowers and exotic fruits. Letting appear a wine that is both floral and mineral

Pairings: Seafood platters, fish, goat cheese.
