Estelle white



Destemming. Crushing. Skin maceration for 6 hours. Settling after 48h stalling. Fermentation in barrels. Aging 6 to 8 months with stirring. Gentle filtration before bottling.

Tasting note: a fine and complex wine with aromas of ripe fruit (quince), almond and honey. In the mouth, it remains very aromatic and generous, with a mineral finish.

Pairings: Tagliatelle with truffle, pan-fried foie gras, Saint Jacques, cheeses ...

Service: 10 ° - 12 ° C
