An extraordinary domain

Located on a promontory, in the heart of the Estérel massif, the Terres Destel estate dominates  the bay of Saint-Raphaël and the gulf of Saint-Tropez. This atypical location, on the sides of a massive volcanic rock, offers the vineyard the rays of the Provence sun and the Mediterranean sea winds.

Terroir

The estate extends over a soil covered with pozzolana and rhyolite which gives finesse and exceptional minerality to the various vintages produced. Our vines draw from this soil, marrying the mineral with the vegetal, the quintessence of a land that is several hundred million years old.

Culture

As a farmer, we have adopted cultivation methods that are suitable for preserving our soils, eliminating the risks of pollution, and contributing to the protection of landscapes and biological diversity. All our planter is equipped with a drip device to prevent water stress due to our hot and dry summers. The harvest is carried out manually to ensure a selection of the best bunches.

Grape varieties

We have favored the most aromatic grape varieties of the Côtes de Provence. Those who, married to our volcanic earth, will reveal the sensuality of our wines.

Our rosés come from Grenache for its finesse and intensity, from Cinsault for the lightness of its aromas, from Syrah which brings its fabulous notes of red fruits and Tibouren bringing notes of citrus with a predominance of citrus and a beautiful minerality. at the end of the mouth.

Our reds are the fruit of a blend of Syrah for its aromatic intensity and its scent of violets, Grenache for its finesse and Mourvèdre for its notes of ripe red fruits.

Our white is the result of vinification of Rolle or Vermentino which, harvested at good maturity, reveals its aromas of citrus and exotic fruits.
