Estelle
The wines in the Estelle range are a real treasure, the fruit of the passionate work of the men and women who carefully cultivate and nurture our vines. Produced from our oldest vines and finest plots, these wines fully express the richness and character of our terroir. Each cuvée is a tribute to authenticity and finesse, matured in exceptional conditions to offer a unique experience. The red and white wines in the Estelle range are aged for several months in oak barrels to bring complexity and elegance
Blanc Estelle (Rolle - Vermentino)
The white cuvée begins with de-stemming and crushing, followed by 6 hours of pellicular maceration to extract all the aromatic richness. After settling and 48 hours' stabulation, fermentation takes place in barrels, and the wine is aged for 6 to 8 months with stirring of the lees. This meticulous process produces a wine of great freshness and complexity, with fruity and floral aromas
Rosé Estelle (Grenache, Rolle - Vermentino)
This rosé is a true expression of Provence, with a 6-hour pellicular maceration after de-stemming and crushing to preserve all the freshness of the aromas. After settling and 48 hours' stabulation, fermentation takes place at low temperature for 3 to 4 weeks, preserving the fruit's liveliness. It is then aged for 2 months on fine lees, bringing out its complexity and silky texture. This rosé is an ideal companion for light meals or moments of relaxation.
Rouge Estelle (Syrah - 90%, Mourvèdre - 10%)
This red wine is a true concentrate of character. After de-stemming and crushing, the grapes are cooled to 8°C for 3 days, with pumping over under CO2 to enhance fruit expression. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 26°C, with alternating punching down and pumping over, followed by a vatting period of at least 4 weeks. The wine is then aged for a year in 500L and 300L barrels, as well as in stainless steel tanks, before being gently filtered. Only 1,000 bottles of this exceptional cuvée are produced each year
Rouge Mourvèdre (Mourvèdre - 90%, Syrah - 10%)
A powerful, elegant red wine made from Mourvèdre and Syrah vines. The winemaking process is similar to that of the Syrah red, with fermentation using indigenous yeasts, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and a year's ageing in 500 and 300L barrels. Only 2,000 bottles of this cuvée are produced each year, making it a true rarity
Rouge Assemblage (Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre blend)
This blend of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre is produced using a similar process to the other reds in the Estelle range. After a vatting period of at least 4 weeks, the wine is aged for several months in 500L and 300L barrels and stainless steel tanks, before being gently filtered and bottled. Each year, around 1,500 bottles of this unique cuvée are produced
