Cuvée Premium is a BIO AOP Côtes de Provence wine, available in red, white and rosé, a true concentrate of authenticity and quality that perfectly reflects the terroir and commitment of our estate

Premium Red (Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre)

This red wine is distinguished by its aromatic richness and elegant structure. After de-stemming and crushing, the grapes are chilled to 8°C for 3 days, with pumping-over under CO2. Fermentation takes place at 23°C, followed by daily pumping-over and a 3-week vatting period. The wine is then aged in stainless steel vats and barrels, offering great complexity and remarkable length on the palate

Premium rosé (Grenache, Syrah, Rolle - Vermentino)

Premium rosé offers rare freshness and elegance. After de-stemming and crushing, the grapes undergo 6 hours of pellicular maceration. After settling and 48 hours' stabulation, fermentation takes place at low temperature for 3 to 4 weeks, with 2 months' ageing on fine lees. This rosé is delicate, aromatic and lively

Premium blanc (Rolle - Vermentino)

This white wine is a perfect expression of our Provencal terroir. After de-stemming and crushing, the grapes undergo 6 hours of pellicular maceration, followed by settling and 48 hours of stabulation. Fermentation takes place at low temperature for 3 to 4 weeks, before a 2-month ageing period on fine lees. The Premium white wine is lively and well-balanced, with aromas of fresh fruit and roundness
