Each product page features a label indicating whether the product you want is in stock or requires restocking.
Ships within 24H: products are shipped within 1 business day in 99% of cases.
Ships within 2–4 days: products require restocking and are shipped within 2 to 4 business days in 99% of cases.
Ships within 4–6 days: products require restocking and are shipped within 4 to 6 business days in 99% of cases.
REMINDER: There are no shipments on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
Receiving Your Order: Making a Claim or Refusing a Damaged Package
If you notice that the package delivered to you is damaged, you may make a claim with the carrier or refuse to accept the package.
Depending on the carrier and the delivery method you selected, procedures may vary.
Your Package is Damaged: Claim or Refusal of Delivery
Please note that it is very important to issue your claim in writing to the carrier in order to assert your rights and facilitate the claims process.
We recommend that you clearly describe the reasons for your claim or the refusal of the package: crushed package, clearly opened during transit, torn or pierced on one or more sides, unusual noises suggesting a broken item, etc.
IMPORTANT: The phrase “subject to unpacking” has no legal value. Only the external condition of the package can justify issuing a claim or refusing delivery.
The Contents of Your Package Are Damaged (After a Claim Has Been Made)
If, after making a claim regarding the condition of your package, you find that its contents are damaged or that part of the contents is missing, you have 48 hours to report the issue to our customer service, as well as to the carrier. After this period, your request will not be considered.
IMPORTANT: You must have made a written claim at the time of receiving the package.
