Petite Raphaëlle
The Petite Raphaëlle range is a tribute to our beautiful town of Saint-Raphaël, a nod to its colors and friendly spirit.
These AOP Côtes de Provence BIO cuvées are distinguished by their conviviality and their ability to satisfy all palates. Available in red, rosé and white, each wine is carefully crafted to accompany your moments of sharing, from aperitifs to barbecues and bistronomic dishes
Red Wine (Syrah, Grenache)
This red wine is a true concentrate of fruit. After de-stemming and crushing, the grapes are cooled to 8°C for 3 days, with pumping over under CO2 to enhance fruit expression. Fermentation takes place without yeast at 23°C, with daily pumping-over, and vatting lasts 3 weeks before racking. Malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, and the wine undergoes gentle filtration to preserve its fresh, fruity aromas
Rosé wine (Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre)
This rosé is distinguished by its freshness and fruitiness. After de-stemming and crushing, the grapes undergo 4 hours of pellicular maceration to extract all their richness. After settling and 48 hours' stabulation, fermentation takes place at low temperature for 3 to 4 weeks, with 2 months' ageing on fine lees. The result is a delicate rosé with floral and fruity aromas
White wine (Rolle - Vermentino)
This white wine is a true expression of the terroir of Provence. After de-stemming and crushing, the grapes undergo 4 hours of pellicular maceration before settling and 48 hours of stabulation. Fermentation takes place at low temperature for 3 to 4 weeks, followed by 2 months' ageing on fine lees. This white wine offers freshness and aromatic complexity, making it the perfect companion for summer meals.
All the wines in the Petite Raphaëlle range are crafted with care and passion, and invite you to savor convivial moments around simple yet refined wines that reveal the beauty of the Provencal terroir.
