Withdrawal Period
You have a withdrawal period of 30 days (from the date of receipt of the order) to return an item for an exchange or a refund.
How long does it take to get a refund?
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, "the Website" is required to refund the amounts paid by the customer, free of charge, except for the return shipping costs, which remain the customer’s responsibility. The refund will be issued within a maximum of 15 days.
How long does it take to receive an exchanged product?
For an exchange, allow 4 to 5 business days from the date your return package is sent to receive your new order.
